Think this through carefully, especially if yours is a film proposal. We limit the number of video crews at the event, and can’t approve every request, so we base our selections on the strength and unique nature of a proposal. Selection is not first-come, first-served.

Due to the nature of our work, most organizer requests cannot actually be approved, rejected or scheduled until you arrive at the event; you will need to check in at Media Mecca.

Burning Man does not provide free tickets to press. Your press pass only allows you permission to pursue your project once you are in the event. Tickets: http://tickets.burningman.com.
Burning Man is from August 29th to September 5th. When do you anticipate arriving at Burning Man ?
If your project requires you to enter before the first day, you must let us know ahead of time to be granted access. Early access is limited.

We know you will be busy with your project, but we highly recommend it as one of the best ways to understand how Burning Man works.
